The Regional Human Resources Director is a senior HR leadership role responsible for leading the people strategy across a complex, multi-site North American operation. Serving as a strategic advisor to regional leadership, this leader will drive initiatives in organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, succession management, employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and culture transformation. The role requires a business-oriented HR executive who can balance strategic influence with operational execution, partner closely with leaders to improve performance and productivity, and build scalable people processes that support growth, engagement, and long-term organizational success across diverse employee populations.
