EASTERN UNITED STATES – The Christopher Group is excited to announce a new confidential search for a General Manager for an innovative brand in a highly regulated industry. Managing Partner Pam Noble and Partner Jeff Wilbanks are leading the integral search.

The General Manager will oversee the entire operations of the organization. This includes managing the production facility and retail operations across the region from start to finish. The position demands strong leadership, operational skills, and the ability to coordinate production and retail functions to improve performance, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional products and services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the General Manager will oversee a team of approximately 50 to 100 members across production and retail operations. They will work closely with executive leadership and peer-level partners throughout the organization
