TCG Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch, led and placed the crucial HR search.

Christie Shelton will lead the development and execution of site-wide training initiatives aligned with business goals. Reporting to the HR Director, her role manages the PureSafety LMS and delivers programs that support employee development, compliance, and retention. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Christie Shelton is an accomplished learning and development leader, bringing a strong background in designing and executing training strategies that enhance workforce capability and operational performance. With experience across manufacturing and healthcare environments, she has led blended learning initiatives, implemented certification programs achieving high completion rates, and partnered closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps and drive continuous improvement. Known for her hands-on, data-driven approach, Christie excels at building scalable training programs and fostering a culture of learning that supports both employee growth and business outcomes.
