Natalie Flores will align people strategy with operational performance in a growing food manufacturing environment. As the senior on-site HR leader, she will oversee all aspects of employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce planning, compliance, performance management, leadership development, compensation administration, and HR operations, while partnering closely with plant and corporate leadership. Natalie Flores will balance day-to-day execution with building scalable people practices, strengthening frontline leadership, and fostering a high-performing, safety-focused culture that supports continued organizational growth and operational excellence.
Natalie Flores brings extensive human resources leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial environments. She has partnered with business and operations leaders to drive workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, compliance, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Her expertise spans both single-site and multi-site operations, with a strong track record of aligning people strategies with business objectives while fostering engaged, high-performing workforces. Natalie holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Strategic Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Del Este.
