CHARLOTTE, NC – Chemring Sensors and Electronic Systems, the leading supplier of biological detection systems, has placed Lyndsay Hoffman as its new Director of Human Resources. TCG Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch, led and placed the critical HR search.

Lyndsay will develop and implement effective human resources programs, policies, and initiatives and will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team. She will be accountable for workforce planning, employee communications and culture, professional development, employee relations, performance management, professional development including mentoring and coaching, organizational development, compensation, benefits and regulatory compliance. Additionally, Lyndsay will lead the site HR team and provide oversight for the site technical lead of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) services. Her role serves as a strategic advisor to the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for developing and executing the HR strategy to enable achievement of the business, people and corporate objectives.
Lyndsay brings more than two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across manufacturing and multi-site operations. Known for her data-driven, people-first approach, Lyndsay has consistently delivered measurable impact through talent strategy, cultural transformation, and organizational design. From leading complex change management efforts to drastically reducing turnover across previous roles, she combines operational rigor with a deep commitment to employee engagement. Her background spans both privately held and Fortune 500 environments, positioning her to drive scalable HR practices that support Chemring’s continued growth and innovation.
