Partner, Jeff Wilbanks and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker are leading the integral HR search.

The HR Director will lead and elevate the people agenda across Globe’s two manufacturing locations in Stoughton, MA and Modesto, CA, supporting approximately 250 employees. Reporting directly to the President and working in close partnership with the CHRO of ESCO Technologies, this role will serve as a strategic and hands-on business partner to leadership, driving initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, and organizational capability. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a proven ability to build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, while ensuring sound compliance across multiple geographies. Deep expertise in talent attraction, retention, and development within a manufacturing environment is essential, as this leader will play a critical role in shaping a high-performing, inclusive, and sustainable workplace as the business continues to grow.
