GLENDORA, CA – Armstrong Garden Centers, the largest independent garden center chain in the United States, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its Regional Manager search. Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Ramey Lynch, are leading the integral search.

The Regional Manager provides operational leadership for a group of retail garden center locations, driving store performance, strengthening leadership teams, and ensuring a consistent customer experience across the region. Partnering closely with Store Managers, this role supports the execution of the company’s strategy while reinforcing operational standards, developing high-performing teams, and maintaining the service culture the brand is known for. Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Regional Manager collaborates with merchandising, operations, and HR to support store success and regional growth, while building strong relationships with store leaders and ensuring consistent merchandising, service, and operational execution across all locations.
