Head (Director) of Global Compensation Position
As the Global Director of Compensation at Woodward, this person will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s compensation programs align effectively with business objectives. They’lll lead the enterprise-wide market pay process, establishing and enhancing standards in areas such as compensation surveys, data analysis, salary structure development, and salary planning. In this role, this person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of market-based compensation programs, including base/fixed pay, hourly, and sales comp. They’ll be a key leader within the Total Rewards team, collaborating closely on the development of comprehensive compensation strategies. Partnering with business group HR leaders, the Director of Global Compensation will ensure seamless alignment between program design and delivery while continuously driving improvement in our compensation processes and standards. Manager of Compensation Position

They’ll be a key leader within the Total Rewards team, and play the key role in the execution of the annual compensation programs. Retirement Benefits Manager
The Retirement Benefits Manager reports to the Director, Global Benefits and will manage the retirement benefit programs. The position will manage, oversee, and participate in running, reviewing, and reconciling files for retirement program contributions and testing. Monitor and evaluate benefit vendor data feeds, headcount, and cost reporting. This role will participate in and lead various compliance activities including reporting, audits, corrections, and non-discrimination testing. They will perform professional level operations, technical and analytical work related to Woodward’s retirement benefit programs. This role will lead the Benefits Administration for the Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans.
