CLEVELAND, OH – Wingspan Care Group has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

Reporting to the President, the Head of Human Resources will lead the entire human resources function including but not limited to compliance of department policies and procedures, hiring processes, training and development programs. This role will have significant visibility and interaction with senior leaders both within Wingspan Care Group and member organizations.
