The HR Manager (Head of HR), at Wilson Warehouse plays a strategic and hands-on role in leading company-wide HR initiatives across multiple locations in Texas and Louisiana. As a key member of the leadership team, this role drives company culture by implementing effective policies, training programs, and compliance standards. With autonomy to mentor and develop operational teams, the HR Manager is a trusted advisor on all HR matters, fostering strong relationships at every level of the organization. In the first year, priorities include building meaningful connections, enhancing employee engagement and retention, and identifying opportunities to modernize HR systems and processes. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about shaping a strong, people-focused workplace.
