The Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development is a west coast senior HR leader responsible for cultivating relationships and providing local leadership coaching and consultation in all areas of business operations and human capital management. This role will develop, track and report key performance measurements and recommends processes and procedures to improve local operational efficiencies, as well as having responsibility for their “global” talent acquisition and talent development strategies and execution. They will also provide leadership consultation to cross functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers, process inefficiencies and/or productivity concerns.
This position will be located in the Seattle, WA area. The search is being led by Paula Christopher, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner and Jacob Humbert, TCG Recruiting Director.
