STREETSBORO, OHIO – Step2, the largest American manufacturer of preschool and toddler toys and the world’s largest rotational molder of plastics, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Pamela Noble, and Recruiting Manager, Morgan Booker, are leading this critical HR search.

The Vice President of Human Resources will be a seasoned business professional with overall accountability for developing and leading all aspects of the company’s Human Resources organization. They will report to the President of Step2 and serve as a member of the company’s executive leadership team. The successful candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment working with executive teams to implement bottom-line focused people strategies, establish measurable performance standards, align organization culture and strategy, and positively engage a diverse workforce. This will include evaluating and leading an existing team of HR professionals to create integrated and aligned strategies for talent acquisition, people development at all levels, total rewards, learning and organization development, and HR technology.
