BRIDGETON, MO – Virbac, an innovative company that helps veterinarians, farmers and pet owners, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Senior Human Resource Business Partner search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Manager, Nick Nelson are leading the critical HR search.

The Senior HRBP for Virbac’s Operations Business Unit will have direct HR oversight of their flagship production facility in Saint Louis and responsibility for other smaller regional distribution centers. The hired individual will be a strategic partner to the VP of Operations, working hand in hand to develop best people practices as the company grows through market expansion and M&A. They will assist the plant leadership team, including VP of Quality & Compliance, in implementing cGMPs and SOPs to build and retain a world-class pharmaceutical manufacturing culture. In addition to leading by influence, this role will develop and mentor two direct reports to ready for future advancement.
