Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, are leading the important search.

The Director for Total Rewards and Compliance will be a critical partner to the new Chief People Officer, supporting the Business by leading the Total Rewards function and seamlessly integrating benefits and compensation plans during company acquisitions. You will influence company decisions and policies at the strategic level as the company continues to rapidly grow while building systems, policies and partnerships around benefits, compensation, payroll and compliance.
