As the Head of HR for the Town of Gilbert, the individual in this role will be setting the strategic direction for all HR initiatives. As Gilbert continues to grow, so do the needs for talent management/development, organizational development, succession planning, and staffing. Being a key contributor to the future implementation and success of long-term programs and strategies, this person will work with other leaders of the town on the organizational direction of the community while making a significant impact across all departments and throughout the community.
