The Christopher Group is excited to announce that Tobin Anselmi is joining The Christopher Group Consulting Services Division as the Talent Management Practice Leader. Reporting to Pam Noble, TCG’s Consulting Service Division President.

Over the last 30+ years, Tobin has served as a consultant to organizational leadership on human capital management issues such as talent selection, performance management, development, and movement, organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development. He is direct, engaging, and result-oriented. His practical recommendations to organizational issues are grounded in years of experience developing and implementing solutions around the globe.
As an experienced consultant, he brings a depth of knowledge, skills, and process understanding to help implement solutions that meet individual and organizational needs. Tobin has worked with leading global organizations in a variety of fields and industries, including:
Prior to joining TCG, Tobin held a variety of leadership roles with companies such as Aon Consulting, Frito-Lay, Dell, Microsoft, and Materion. Most recently he was the Vice President, Global Talent Management at Diebold Nixdorf where he led the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Talent Management teams. He has consulted with and coached business leaders on selection and assessment, succession planning and talent management, high potential identification and development, executive, team and organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Tobin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, and his Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Tobin currently lives in Chagrin Falls, OH (a suburb of Cleveland) with his wife Kimberly and their cat Einstein; they have successfully launched three children (Stephanie, Zachary, and Daniel) into adulthood and are enjoying their newly “empty nest” by rediscovering what they like to do.
