Most recently, Tim was Vice President, Total Rewards and Policy for The American Red Cross. He set all strategy and led the development of the team. He managed a huge shift in the compensation and benefit programs including pay for performance plans. He designed incentive plans and managed the health and welfare plans. He partnered with business heads to keep compensation aligned with the organizational goals. He also led a compensation analysis as well as HRIS. He developed long term cash plans to stay competitive in the market. Tim has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Lockheed Martin, W.R. Grace & Co., and BearingPoint. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from University of Michigan.
