CLEVELAND, OH – MRI Software, a pioneer of real estate and investment management software, has appointed Carol Lewis as their new Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Engagement. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble.
Carol brings over 35+ years of HR experience from FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, The Boeing Company, and The Kellogg Company. She was most recently the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Food+ by Compass.

Ms. Lewis will lead and advise the development and implementation of DEI & E initiatives that align with MRI Software’s values and culture. She will be responsible for creating a strategy and vision for the company, partnering with the recruitment team on strategies and best practices, leading the company’s DEI &E learning and development program, working with executives and others throughout the company to advise, advocate, and act to build workplace culture, including diverse representation at all levels.
