The Talent Development Manager is a newly created role and an integral part of the HR

This is a high-touch, highly visible role that will build, design and shape the strategy and tactics around succession planning, talent development, and leadership development as a collaborative partner and consultant to the Senior Executive Board, Senior Leadership Teams, and Senior HR Business Partners across the enterprise.
