SALT LAKE CITY, UT – bioMérieux, a worldwide leader in in-vitro diagnostics, offering microbiological testing solutions for medical and industrial applications, has appointed Alicia Gates as their new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenny.
Alicia Gates will support the full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide variety of positions by collaborating with managers, business leaders, and other Talent Acquisition team members. Gates will also provide consultative services to hiring teams and leaders throughout the organization while ensuring an exceptional experience for our candidates. This is done by effectively developing and executing hiring strategies, sourcing/nurturing, reviewing candidate applications, pre-screening and interviewing, managing the offer process, and coordinating onboarding for selected talent. Developing and maintaining effective relationships, both inside and outside of the organization is vital in Gates’s role.

Gates has worked with companies such as Intermountain Homecare and Hospice, The Road Home, Muscular Dystrophy, and the YMCA. Some of the job duties and responsibilities included recruiting and training, planning and implementing events and programs as well as being a liaison when needed.
