SALT LAKE CITY, UT – bioMérieux, a worldwide leader in in-vitro diagnostics, offering microbiological testing solutions for medical and industrial applications, has appointed Rachel Williamson as their new Senior Director of Human Resources. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenny.
“I truly enjoyed working with TCG, particularly Kathleen, throughout the recruiting process!” Said Rachel. “It was an efficient but still very people-centric experience and I felt supported and heard from the initial outreach through onboarding at bioMerieux. Kathleen and Pam worked to ensure understanding and alignment on culture, values, and the drivers of success in the role to find a great fit for both sides. I look forward to learning and growing with bioMerieux and hope to have a positive impact for years to come!”
Williamson will be a strategic partner for the North American Clinical Operations group with nearly 900 field and site-based sales, marketing, and customer support employees. Focus on aligning Human Resources’ best practices and philosophy with the strategic and long-term goals of the organization and human capital management as well as drive organizational and workforce changes through strong, trusted relationships. Williamson will lead a regional Human Resources team that is responsible for implementing organizational design, employee relations and engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, rewards and recognition, compensation philosophy, development and compliance, and other areas of responsibility as needed
“We are excited about another successful placement with bioMerieux”, said Pam Noble. “We know in this critical position that Rachel is going to do a spectacular job in the role as Senior Director of Human Resources of North America.”
Williamson brings a full slate of experience ranging from HRBP to Strategic HR Manager and Senior Strategic HR Advisor. Zagg, Inc, G&A Partners, and Pearson Education are some of the places that employed Williamson in the past.
