RICHLAND, WA – Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), a world-class research institution, has appointed Kris Gauntt as their Head of Talent Acquisition. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kat Kilkenney.
Gauntt will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and administering a talent acquisition program strategy for PNNL. She will research and bring an in-depth understanding of external best practices and innovative trends to apply to talent acquisition practices and technologies. She will also be responsible for developing and driving strategies to attract top talent and meet Lab growth targets.

Gauntt has enjoyed a stellar 6+ year career at Providence where she worked in a variety of roles such as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, she enjoyed an extended career at Kadlec.
