VERONA, NY – Oneida Nation Enterprises, a diverse organization comprised of thriving hospitality, gaming, recreation, retail, and service brands, has appointed Kelly Hsieh as their new Director of Strategic Initiatives. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Manager, Gillian Hagerty.
Ms. Hsieh will support the office of the COO in the Oneida Indian Nation’s strategic development initiatives by researching, analyzing, and vetting new business initiatives and strategic partnerships. She will support strategic initiatives by strengthening stakeholder relationships and working with Oneida Nation Enterprises to tailor solutions, prioritize objectives and proactively advance efforts towards project launch. She will also assist the COO with other activities while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and values through responsible economic development.
