CHICAGO, IL – Harvard Maintenance, one of the largest and fastest-growing privately owned providers of high-quality managed maintenance services in the United States, has appointed Raymond Hall as their new Chief Human Resources Officer. This critical search was led and placed by Managing Director, Pam Noble and Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney.

Raymond Hall will have the opportunity to professionalize and reboot the HR function with significant emphasis on attraction, development, and retention to the Havard organization. Among the highlights of this role, Hall will be responsible to provide strategic leadership in building mission-talent acquisition capabilities. Raymond will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to execute its high growth strategy while building an engaged working environment, offer successful business solutions that improve customer outcomes, contribute to an exceptional customer experience, and provide an employer of choice experience for its associates. Raymond will directly lead the people strategy for over 10,000 employees and growing at Harvard.
