RIVERDALE, NJ – The Camfil Group has selected The Christopher Group for their Vice President of Human Resources search. Leading the New Jersey search is Founder and CEO, Tom Christopher and Executive Recruiting Director, Patricia Duff.

The Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic partner and serve as a consultant to management on HR related issues, employee champion, and a support and change agent for the designated business unit. This person will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The VP of HR will provide leadership and support in the following areas: organizational development, workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, coaching, organizational learning and development, team building, succession planning, total rewards, and compliance.
