The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Temple Health (Temple University Health System/TUHS) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer & President. The CHRO’s role involves strategically developing, implementing, and administering human resources programs and services that align with the organization’s goals, mission, vision, and values. Leading the HR team, the CHRO oversees day-to-day operations and keeps senior leadership informed of significant developments. Acting as a strategic advisor to the Board, Executive Team, and Senior leadership, the position requires a high degree of autonomy in problem-solving and decision-making.  Emphasizing collaboration and teamwork, the CHRO ensures a balanced approach that supports both business objectives and employee needs for effective organizational performance.
