Biography

Ramey Lynch is a dynamic Business Development & Recruiting Manager at The Christopher Group, leveraging her extensive experience in executive recruiting and business development. Deeply connected to TCG’s core values, Ramey is passionate about forming meaningful connections with individuals through executive search and being a significant part of their professional and personal journeys.

Prior to joining TCG, Ramey made significant contributions at Korn Ferry as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, where she developed expertise in lead qualification, interviewing, and new business opportunities. Before this role, she was with Lucas Group, A Korn Ferry Company, serving as a Senior Executive Search Consultant and an Executive Search Consultant. During her tenure, she excelled in communication, full life cycle recruiting, and account management.

Ramey also served as an Executive Recruiter at Baker Lynch Search, working remotely from Washington, DC. She honed her skills in full life cycle recruiting, sales, and executive search. Additionally, she worked as a Senior Contract Recruiter and Account Manager at Beyond a Resume, excelling in communication, key performance indicators, and account management.

Outside of her professional life, Ramey enjoys hiking, Pilates, and travel – she aims to travel to every country. She resides in Charlotte, NC.
