Biography

With over 30 years of experience spanning Human Resources, Corporate Executive Services, and Executive Search, Nathaniel brings a deep understanding of business strategy, organizational structure, and talent acquisition, assessment, and development. His diverse background enables him to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across Fortune 500 firms, high-growth startups, private equity-backed ventures, and privately held companies.

As the CEO of The Christopher Group (TCG), Nathaniel specializes in placing top HR executives, frequently leading the firm’s most senior-level searches, including CHRO, VP, and other mission-critical succession roles. He has successfully completed searches across multiple industries and HR verticals for fortune sized companies such as Phillips 66, Lamb Weston, Parker Hannifin, Air Products, Altria, SC Johnson, Delta Dental, VCA/Mars Pet Care, Alcon/Novartis, Cal State Fullerton, PE sponsored companies such as Myriad360, Apex Service Partners, Core Roofing, System Pavers and fast-growing startups like OYO Rooms.

Before joining TCG in 2010, Nathaniel founded and sold a successful specialty logistics startup. His earlier career included over 20 years in Financial Services, with a decade at Merrill Lynch & Co., where he held key Corporate Advisory and Human Resources Benefits leadership roles. He was a distinguished member of the Merrill Lynch Advisory Council and Circle of Excellence.

Nathaniel holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and an Executive MBA from Baldwin Wallace University. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he now leads TCG’s Florida office. He, his partner Jeannie, and their daughter London reside in Sarasota, Florida, where they are actively involved in their local community and school district.
