Biography

As an HR professional with over 18 years of experience exceeding expectations in the recruiting industry, Michael brings a strong track record of individual performance, and managerial and financial success to his role as an Independent Executive Search Consultant. The recruiting teams that he lead, based in California and Texas, served clients in a wide variety of industries throughout the West and Southwest to find the HR leaders they needed. As a ‘player coach’, the people on Michael’s team knew that he was genuinely interested in their success, and they succeed by acting in the best interest of clients and candidates alike.

In addition to his work at TCG, Michael is actively involved with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA), southern California’s affiliate of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). He has served as a PHIRA board member and Chapter Chair and have been active for more than 10 years.
