Biography

With over 18 years of executive recruiting experience, Kristen Perez has dedicated her career to helping organizations build high-performing teams. Having worked in Human Resources roles focusing on Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, she brings a deep understanding of what it takes to identify and attract top-tier talent. Kristen joined The Christopher Group (TCG) as a Recruiting Manager in 2021 and quickly rose to Recruiting Director in 2022, a testament to her expertise and leadership in the field.

Kristen specializes in filling Human Resources executive roles nationwide, with extensive experience across industries including Manufacturing, Logistics, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Consulting, Private Equity, and Healthcare. Within TCG, she is known not only for her strategic hiring acumen but also as the firm’s go-to expert for organization and technology solutions.

Her journey in recruiting began after earning a Bachelor’s in Marketing with a Minor in Health Administration from Rider University, followed by an MBA from The University of Phoenix. She is a SHRM-CP-certified professional and a Predictive Index Certified Practitioner, leveraging these credentials to deliver data-driven, people-focused hiring solutions.

Kristen’s passion for recruitment goes beyond job placements—she believes in building meaningful relationships, caring for the whole person (both client and candidate), and delivering excellence as part of a team. A New Jersey native, Kristen spent her summers at the Jersey Shore before moving to Houston, TX, where she honed her skills in the search industry. Today, she calls Naples, FL home, where she lives with her husband Josh and their three wonderful children: Dylan, who is beginning his college journey, and two daughters, Jenna and Meadow, who are in elementary school. Their family also includes Nemo, a lively Hahn’s macaw who keeps life interesting. In her free time, Kristen loves to travel, spend time with friends and family, and embrace life’s adventures.
