Kathleen has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years in both Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist roles in the executive search, software development, retail, and banking industries. She returned to The Christopher Group, after a two-year absence, in October 2024 as a Recruiting Director partnering with executive Human Resources candidates across the United States to fill HR executive roles.

Prior to this, Kathleen worked as a Senior Recruitment Associate with Diversified Search Group’s (DSG) Corporate Practice. In his role, she was responsible for full-cycle recruitment efforts providing services to both the candidate and client throughout the duration of the project.  Before DSG, Kathleen was a Recruiting Director with TCG for 3 years and prior to that she worked in corporate talent acquisition with PartsSource and OfficeMax as well as an HR Generalist for KeyBank and Adelphia.

Kathleen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio State University and received her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Cleveland State University. Kathleen lives in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband and their two young adult children.
