Biography

As the Senior Manager, Marketing, Sales & Administration, Jess is responsible for the execution of sales and marketing initiatives for TCG. This includes but not limited to the sales cycle, email marketing, internal and external communications all while providing the best client care and satisfaction. She is also responsible for office management, property and project management, and assisting with recruiting documents and research.

Previously, Jess was the Recruiter/HR Specialist for Hospice of Marion County and before that the Recruiting Coordinator with Chewy.com. In these roles, she was in charge of overall Candidate Experience, Advertising Needs, internal/external events, managing the companies’ recruiting cycle, and digital marketing campaign. Her skills in human resources, recruiting, digital marketing, direct marketing, organization, and creativity led to the successful execution of these responsibilities.

Jess earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana State University in May of 2010. In her free time, Jess enjoys being active with her church, spending time with her dogs, staying active whether it may be working out, beach activities, or walks with her dogs. Jess currently resides in Sarasota, FL. She has a Brittany (Spaniel), named Abby, and a Golden Retriever named Bowman. Jess is also a diehard Indianapolis Colts fan.
