Biography

As the Senior Manager of Marketing, Sales & Administration at TCG, Jess plays a crucial role in driving key sales and marketing initiatives to support business success. With expertise across the entire sales cycle, email marketing, and both internal and external communications, Jess is committed to delivering exceptional client care and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to overseeing office operations, Jess is responsible for managing client relationships, enhancing the candidate experience, and directing marketing administration across TCG’s divisions. Her skills in coordinating all aspects of client and candidate interactions, from calendar management to travel logistics, ensure smooth, professional, and seamless experiences for everyone involved.

Before joining TCG, Jess served as the Recruiter/HR Specialist at Hospice of Marion County and as a Recruiting Coordinator at Chewy.com. In these roles, she managed candidate experience, advertising, internal and external events, and digital marketing campaigns. Jess’s expertise in HR, recruiting, digital marketing, and organizational management were integral to the success of these initiatives.

Jess earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Indiana State University in 2010. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church and enjoys spending time with her two boys — Bowman, her Golden Retriever, and Leo, her Maine Coon mix. Jess is passionate about health and fitness, particularly living a low-tox lifestyle. She’s also a diehard Kansas City Chiefs fan and currently resides in Terre Haute, IN.
