Biography

Since joining The Christopher Group in 2024, Grace Bettinger has been a key contributor to enhancing the firm’s digital presence and strengthening its brand. She has held both Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Manager, Digital Marketing roles, using her expertise to drive impactful campaigns and build meaningful connections with clients and candidates.

Grace’s extensive background in human resources adds significant value to her marketing strategies. As a former HR Generalist, she worked on leadership development, employee engagement initiatives, and talent strategies, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the HR landscape. This experience allows her to craft marketing efforts that resonate with HR professionals, ensuring TCG’s messaging aligns with the needs of both clients and candidates.

With a Master’s in Professional Communication and a Bachelor’s in Strategic Communication from Southern Utah University, Grace seamlessly combines her HR insights with her expertise in strategic communication to authentically reflect TCG’s mission and values.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has a passion for interior design, often exploring creative ways to transform spaces into welcoming environments.
