This Vice President, Human Resources will manage and coordinate the company’s Human Resources functions across sub-functions such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations to meet company’s business requirements. They will also coordinate all plant HR staff. This role is the top human resources position for the North American business unit. This position requires a combination of functional knowledge, project management capacity, and high attention to detail as the company is going through a business transformation. Required experience for the potential incumbent is as follows: cross-functional expertise with compensation & benefits, former work in a Corporate Strategy function or other relevant exposure to strategic and quantitative business topics.
This position will be located in the southeast Indianapolis area. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, TCG President / CEO and Erin Merker, TCG Vice President / Managing Partner.
