The VP of Human Resources is a pivotal role within the organization’s chemicals business. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this global position oversees HR strategy and operations across multiple regions. The VP will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, they will play a key role in supporting the CHRO in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
