The Senior Director of Talent is a strategic leader overseeing all aspects of talent acquisition and management. This role is critical in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive business growth. Key priorities include optimizing recruitment processes, standardizing hiring practices, and enhancing talent management initiatives. This leader will strengthen external partnerships, implement data-driven talent KPIs, and refine the performance management framework to foster career development and organizational excellence.
