NORTHEAST UNITED STATES – The Christopher Group is announcing a new confidential search for a Director of Talent Acquisition for a fast-paced industry leader focused on health, wellness, and improving lives. Managing Partner, Pamela Noble, and Recruiting Director, Corrine Brao are leading this critical HR search.

The Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the delivery of Talent Acquisition services at all levels of the organization. This role, reporting to the COO, is crucial for strategic leadership and includes mentoring and coaching a small team of recruiters, building and maintaining senior-level business relationships, fostering college and university recruitment, and leading initiatives to support the growth and advancement of the Talent Acquisition model within the organization. Additionally, this role will collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s culture and business strategies. Must have a strong business acumen with the ability to assess data and market trends to make business decisions and adjust to market strategy. This position has excellent potential to grow into the VP of Human Resources role.
