NATIONWIDE, USA – The Christopher Group has been selected to lead confidential Chief Human Recourses Officer and Chief Financial Officer searches for a leading financial services company. These positions can domicile in a variety of major metropolitan cities throughout the US with the potential to be based anywhere near a major market airport. Recruiting Services President and Managing Director, Nat Schiffer, Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Human Resources Officer will lead all aspects of Human Resources including talent management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and talent acquisition. They will build a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan.
Also reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer will oversee and have responsibility for the enterprise financial activity, including treasury, tax, accounting, financial planning & analysis, and strategic team leadership. This person will serve as a key decision-making member of the management team.
