TCG Places VP of HR, Chemicals at Olin

HOUSTON, TX – Olin Corporation,  a leading global manufacturer with over a century of experience, has placed Kelly Soudelier as their new VP of HR, Chemicals. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Manager, Doug Karo led and placed the key search.

As the VP of Human Resources, Chemicals, Kelly will play a pivotal role within Olin’s chemicals business. Reporting directly to the CHRO, her global position oversees HR strategy and operations across multiple regions. Kelly will be responsible for driving talent management initiatives, fostering a positive employee relations environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, she will play a key role in supporting the CHRO in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.

Kelly Soudelier is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with over two decades of experience leading HR strategy, transformation, and operations in global corporate and highly commercial environments. Most recently, as Chief Human Resources Officer at Deer Park Refining LP, she navigated a post-acquisition transition by building and leading a full-scale HR function, supporting a workforce of over 1,000 employees and several thousand contractors. Previously, she spent over 20 years at Shell in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Human Resources for U.S. Upstream, Projects & Technology, and Mexico, where she drove HR transformation, talent strategy, and organizational development for thousands of employees. Known for her expertise in change management, labor relations, and executive leadership, Kelly is a trusted advisor to business leaders and a champion of people-centric strategies that drive organizational success.
