DALLAS, TEXAS – Access Healthcare, a company focused on creating a more efficient healthcare system, has placed Vidal Quintanilla as their new Vice President of Human Resources. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Jim Gorjup, led this critical HR search.

Vidal’s position will lead the Human Resources function for this leading provider of healthcare revenue cycle services and process automation solutions. This opportunity, as a key strategic leader, will be to help set the direction by which the organization reaches its strategic objectives. Quintanilla will work directly for the Senior Vice President-Strategy and Solutions as the highest Human Resources role in the organization. Among the highlights of Vidal’s role will be to grow the Human Resources department both in headcount and in service offerings to help the organization reach even greater success. Vidal will also build and expand on the depth of Human Resources as a transformational leader.
Prior to joining Access Healthcare, Vidal worked with large multi-state health systems in a private equity environment that helped build a strong knowledge of day-to-day full-cycle HR departmental operations for over the last 16+ years.
