AUSTIN, TX – University Federal Credit Union, Austin’s largest locally-owned financial institution, has placed Jennifer Curtis as their new Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire led and placed this critical HR search.

Jennifer will collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders as a sounding board and thought partner, advising on complex matters. She will influence the strategy on solutions, thinking through the design and ultimately the execution of the same. Jennifer will also design solutions using data analytics and will be tapped to present the story through data to executive leadership, as well as partner and provide guidance and hands-on ownership of special projects.

Jennifer has over 25+ years of experience in the HR field. She is highly skilled in developing and implementing programs aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
