NEW YORK, NEW YORK – Adapt Community Network, the leading not-for-profit agency and a pioneer in providing programs and services that improve the quality of life for people with disabilities, has placed Tricia Singh as their new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Managing Director, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire led and placed the critical HR search.

They were seeking a dynamic HR professional with strong ties to New York City, and in Tricia, we found just that. Her background and skills will be instrumental in bringing alignment to the community,” Pam Noble shared.
Tricia Singh will lead all HR functions within Adapt Community Network. She will lead the planning for and direct the organization’s Human Resources Management, including acquiring and managing talent, driving benefit practices, overseeing labor and employee relations matters, ensuring compliance, overseeing the organization’s training, development, and leadership programs, creating a work culture of inclusion and employee engagement, and working with Executive leadership team and program directors to develop people management strategies for the agency. Tricia is responsible for creating and fostering an HR function that advances the overall mission of Adapt Community Network. In addition to leading the HR staff, she will provide thought leadership and forward-thinking practices to be an active member of the organization’s executive leadership team.

Tricia Singh brings over 15 years of experience to Adapt. She has extensive experience in all aspects of human resources leadership including recruitment/retention, staff development, succession planning, regulatory compliance, labor and employee relations, policy development, HRIS, and benefits administration. Tricia continually exceeds expectations by creating valuable partnerships with key stakeholders, gaining employee buy-in, and delivering measurable results. Her background includes working with various New York organizations including the Fire Department of New York and the New York City Department of Housing and Preservation Development.
