Sloan has successfully led compensation programs for large, complex organizations, such as Perdue Farms and Inova Medical, where he was responsible for designing and implementing executive compensation, broad-based pay structures, and long-term incentive plans. With a proven track record in M&A integration, HR process re-engineering, and benefits strategy, he brings a comprehensive approach to aligning compensation programs with business objectives, which will serve him well in his new role as the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Qorvo.
