Carlton Gates will lead the Global Talent Acquisition function at Aeris Communications. As the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Carlton will assume a pivotal role in establishing the inaugural Human Resources Department for the organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and serving as a strategic partner to leaders at all levels, his insights will chart the organization’s course by crafting an exemplary Talent Attraction Function. Carlton will have full authority over the Talent Acquisition (TA) function, encompassing team expansion, strategy development, process optimization, technology implementation, employment branding, marketing initiatives, KPI establishment, etc. Carlton will build a TA function that excels in attracting top-tier talent on a global scale.
Moreover, he will actively contribute to the organization’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives by devising talent acquisition programs that strengthen diversity and inclusion. Carlton’s endeavors will contribute to cultivating a workplace culture that embraces individuals from diverse ethnicities, backgrounds, religions, cultures, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, and diverse professional, personal, and military experiences.
