TCG Places Director of Training at Lakefield Vet

KENT, WASHINGTONLakefield Veterinary Group, a privately-owned veterinary hospital acquisition group, has placed Alexandra Brammer as their new Director of Training. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez led and placed the crucial search.

In this newly created role, Alexandra will lead the development and effective launch of a formalized training infrastructure. The Director of Training will do a full assessment of the organization’s training needs while also learning the business. A robust training program will include broad based training, departmental training, leadership training and compliance-based training. The Director of Training will report to the Chief People Officer and be a trusted counselor and advisor on all things learning & development.

Alexandra Brammer is a seasoned Learning and Development leader with extensive experience in workplace education, instructional design, and adult learning in corporate settings. As the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Honest Health, she is dedicated to creating impactful learning programs that enhance employee engagement and performance. With a strong background in content development, instructional design, and leadership facilitation, Alexandra has held key roles at Landmark Health, Cerner Corporation, and Bethany College, where she honed her expertise in team motivation, emotional intelligence, and corporate training strategies. She holds a degree from Fort Hays State University and is passionate about driving meaningful learning experiences that foster professional growth.
