RHODE ISLAND – Highbar Physical Therapy, has placed Michelle Nasrah as their new Director of Talent Acquisition. President, Executive Recruiting Solutions and DEIB Practice Leader, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Corrine Brao, led and placed the vital search.

As the Director of Talent Acquisition, Michelle will be responsible for developing, designing, and executing the recruitment strategy, as well as managing the delivery of Talent Acquisition services at all levels of the organization. She will be reporting to the COO, is crucial for strategic leadership and includes mentoring and coaching a team of recruiters, building, and maintaining senior level business relationships, fostering college and university recruitment, and leading initiatives to support the growth and advancement of the Talent Acquisition model within the organization. Additionally, Michelle will collaborate and work closely with key stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s culture and business strategies.
Michelle Nasrah is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with 11 years of experience in recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training. She excels in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent through innovative strategies. Michelle is dedicated to creating a positive candidate experience and fostering a culture of trust and respect.
