Reporting directly to the Vice President with a dotted line to the CEO, his position oversees operational strategy and execution. Sean will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective business operations, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, he will play a key role in developing and implementing operational strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Sean Janowicz is a seasoned operations and transportation leader with a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and team leadership. With over a decade at Amazon, he has held key roles optimizing transportation networks, managing large-scale teams, and driving operational efficiencies across multiple locations. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Sean’s leadership is rooted in discipline, strategic execution, and a results-driven approach. Beyond corporate operations, he has also served as an educator in Criminal Justice and Security & Investigations, demonstrating his commitment to mentorship and professional development.
