GILBERT, ARIZONA – One Claim Solution, a fast-growing insurance billing company based in Gilbert, AZ, has placed April Slater as their new Director of Human Resources. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, led and placed the critical search.

As the HR Director, April will partner with the CEO, Executive Team, and Business Leaders to deliver world class people strategies for a rapidly growing insurance billing company. She will lead all aspects of HR while driving culture, engagement and attrition through training and development, leadership development, performance management and other strategic programs and initiatives. Sitting on the senior leadership team, April will collaborate and advise on both tactical and strategic best people practices to help enable growth and scaling across the business.
