HOUSTON, TX – Mahindra, a multinational conglomerate that operates in various industries including automotive, aerospace, defense, agriculture, and hospitality, has placed Brea May as their new Director of Human Resources Americas Division. Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson led and placed the critical HR search.

As the HR Director for Mahindra’s Americas Division, Brea will report directly to the President and CEO with HR oversight of their Agriculture and Automotive Business Units. Brea will partner with the President and CFO and influence company decisions and policies at the strategic level as the company continues to grow through acquisitions and mergers. She will oversee a team of six HR leaders and play a critical role in her team’s professional development.
Brea May is an accomplished Human Resources professional with 15+ years of progressive experience and a track record of executing critical HR initiatives to drive cost efficiencies which position businesses for growth. She is a results-oriented leader, recognized for developing and implementing innovative policies and procedures, leading global strategic planning, fueling organizational effectiveness, and delivering leadership development opportunities and management coaching to improve business and employee performance. She is a forward-thinking change agent with diverse expertise and a solid ability to improve processes, strengthen corporate cultures, recruit top talent, and contribute to large-scale corporate initiatives.
