TCG Places Director of Global Compensation at Woodward

COLORADO – Woodward, an independent designer, manufacturer and service provider of energy control and optimization solutions for aerospace and industrial markets, has placed Jennifer Szabo as their new Director of Global Compensation. Managing Partners, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire led and placed the crucial search.

As the Global Director of Compensation at Woodward, Jennifer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organization’s compensation programs align effectively with business objectives. She’ll lead the enterprise-wide market pay process, establishing and enhancing standards in areas such as compensation surveys, data analysis, salary structure development, and salary planning. In this role, Jennifer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of market-based compensation programs, including base/fixed pay, hourly, and sales comp. She will be a key leader within the Total Rewards team, collaborating closely on the development of comprehensive compensation strategies. Partnering with business group HR leaders, the Director of Global Compensation will ensure seamless alignment between program design and delivery while continuously driving improvement in our compensation processes and standards.

Jennifer Szabo hails from an impressive list of prior companies such as Danaher, Whirlpool, Phillip Morris to name a few and with extensive experience in program design and administration, process management, project management, change management, and training. She has developed a deep and diverse skill set through her varied responsibilities in compensation and benefits, human resources management, and international mobility. Jennifer excels in creating and implementing efficient HR programs and processes, managing projects to successful completion, leading change initiatives, and providing comprehensive training. Her expertise ensures that organizations can effectively navigate the complexities of human resources, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
